The “10 Years Younger” surgical special is available for a limited time, exclusively for patients who secure their surgical deposit between January 28, 2026 and February 28, 2026, and who do not have any prior surgical deposit paid before January 28, 2026.

Patients scheduled to undergo a Face Lift or Neck Lift or Mini Face and Mini Neck Lift (both mini) during the applicable surgical period may qualify to receive a complimentary Upper Blepharoplasty, provided as an additional procedure to enhance facial rejuvenation results.

Availability is strictly limited and subject to provider scheduling and medical approval. This offer is provided solely by New Face MD Surgery Centers LLC and is governed by the Terms and Conditions described below.

TERMS & CONDITIONS – SURGICAL SPECIALS – New Face MD Surgery Centers LLC

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between the patient (“Patient”) and New Face MD Surgery Centers LLC (“Clinic”).
By paying the surgical deposit, signing the required documentation, and confirming surgery within the qualifying period defined below, the Patient expressly and irrevocably accepts all provisions contained herein.

Definitions

For purposes of these Terms:

“Clinic” refers to New Face MD Surgery Centers LLC, its affiliated medical facilities, agents, and authorized surgical providers.

“Patient” refers to the individual who schedules, receives a surgical quotation, pays a surgical deposit, and undergoes the surgical procedure under the conditions of this Special.

“Special” refers exclusively to the “10 Years Younger” promotion, a limited-time complimentary surgical inclusion offered by the Clinic during the period specified herein.

“Eligibility Window” refers to the time frame beginning January 28, 2026, through February 28, 2026, during which only Patients who (i) receive a new surgical quotation issued on or after January 28, 2026, and (ii) pay a surgical deposit based on that quotation within this period may qualify for this Special. Any quotation issued prior to January 28, 2026, or any deposit associated with a quotation issued before that date, renders the Patient ineligible, regardless of when payment is made.

“Qualified Procedure” refers exclusively to a Face Lift or Neck Lift or Mini Face and Mini Neck Lift (both mini) procedure performed by an approved provider of the Clinic, as determined appropriate through medical evaluation.

“Complimentary Procedure” refers to a Upper Blepharoplasty, offered as a complimentary inclusion when medically approved. This benefit carries no cash value, refund entitlement, or accounting equivalence and cannot be exchanged, credited, transferred, or substituted.

“Medical Approval” refers to the determination made by the Clinic’s surgical team that the Complimentary Procedure is clinically appropriate and safe for the Patient. Approval is not automatic and remains solely at the discretion of the treating surgeon.

“Deposit” refers to the monetary amount paid by the Patient to secure their surgical date and to execute the Invoice of Surgical Fees and Contract with the Clinic, provided that such Deposit is tied to a qualifying quotation issued within the Eligibility Window.

“Provider Availability” refers to the professional and logistical capacity of the Clinic’s surgeons and staff to perform the Qualified Procedure within the applicable timeframe. Availability is limited and subject to change at the Clinic’s discretion.

Promotion Period

The “10 Years Younger” Special is available for a limited time during the period beginning on January 28, 2026, and ending on February 28, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

To qualify for this Special, the Patient must:

Receive a new surgical quotation issued on or after January 28, 2026; and
Pay the required surgical Deposit within the Promotion Period, based exclusively on that qualifying quotation.

Quotations issued prior to January 28, 2026, are not eligible, and any Deposit associated with a quotation generated before that date will render the Patient ineligible for this Special, regardless of when payment is made.

The Promotion Period governs eligibility for the complimentary inclusion only.
Surgical dates may be scheduled according to Provider Availability and clinical appropriateness, as determined by the Clinic, and are not required to occur within the Promotion Period unless otherwise specified in the Patient’s executed Invoice of Surgical Fees and Contract.

No exceptions, extensions, or retroactive applications will be granted outside of the Promotion Period.

Specials

This Special applies exclusively to Patients undergoing a Face Lift or Neck Lift or Mini Face and Mini Neck Lift (both mini) procedure with New Face MD Surgery Centers LLC during the applicable Promotion Period, as defined herein.

Eligible Patients who meet all requirements of this Special may receive, at no additional cost, a Upper Blepharoplasty (the “Complimentary Procedure”), subject to medical evaluation and surgeon approval, to be performed in conjunction with the qualifying Face Lift or Neck Lift or Mini Face and Mini Neck Lift (both mini) surgeries.

The Complimentary Procedure is granted as a clinical enhancement intended to support a harmonious facial result. Its inclusion does not constitute a discount, refund, price reduction, or credit, and does not alter the base surgical fee of the qualifying procedure. The Complimentary Procedure carries no cash value and may not be exchanged, transferred, substituted, or redeemed independently.

The Upper Blepharoplasty, if approved, must be performed concurrently with the qualifying Face Lift or Neck Lift or Mini Face and Mini Neck Lift (both mini) surgeries. It may not be scheduled separately, deferred to a later date, applied to another procedure, or substituted for an alternative surgical or non-surgical treatment.

All procedures under this Special shall be performed exclusively by licensed and credentialed surgeons affiliated with New Face MD Surgery Centers LLC. The Clinic reserves the right to assign or reassign providers based on medical appropriateness, scheduling, or operational needs, without affecting the validity of this Special.

The availability of the Complimentary Procedure is subject to Provider Availability, surgical capacity, and final medical clearance. The Clinic is not obligated to offer substitutions, extensions, or financial equivalents once capacity limits are reached or if the Patient is deemed medically ineligible.

Inclusions

The qualifying Face Lift or Neck Lift or Mini Face and Mini Neck Lift (both mini) procedures under the “10 Years Younger” Special includes all standard services customarily provided by New Face MD Surgery Centers LLC for such surgery, as outlined in the Patient’s executed Invoice of Surgical Fees and Contract.

When medically approved, the Special additionally includes one Upper Blepharoplasty performed concurrently with the qualifying Face Lift or Neck Lift or Mini Face and Mini Neck Lift (both mini), as a complimentary clinical inclusion.

The Inclusions under this Special may consist of, but are not limited to:

The qualifying Face Lift or Neck Lift or Mini Face and Mini Neck Lift (both mini) surgical procedures.
Surgeon’s professional fees for the qualifying procedure.
Anesthesia services as medically required.
Use of accredited surgical facilities.
Standard post-operative follow-up appointments as determined by the Clinic.
The Complimentary Procedure (Upper Blepharoplasty), if approved by the treating surgeon and deemed clinically appropriate.

The Complimentary Procedure is provided solely as an enhancement to the qualifying surgery and does not modify, reduce, or replace any portion of the base surgical fee. No portion of the Inclusions may be substituted, deferred, transferred, or redeemed for cash or credit.

Any services, treatments, medications, recovery accommodations, or medical requirements not expressly listed as Inclusions herein remain the sole responsibility of the Patient and may be billed separately in accordance with Clinic policies.

Approved Add-Ons

Patients may qualify for one (1) complimentary Upper Blepharoplasty under the “10 Years Younger” Special. This inclusion must be performed during the same surgical session as the qualifying Face Lift or Neck Lift or Mini Face and Mini Neck Lift (both mini) procedure and may not be scheduled separately.

The scope, technique, and extent of the Upper Blepharoplasty shall be determined exclusively by the operating surgeon, based on preoperative and intraoperative medical assessment, anatomical considerations, and patient safety. Approval of the Complimentary Procedure is not automatic and remains subject to medical appropriateness.

Limitations

The complimentary Upper Blepharoplasty cannot be exchanged, transferred, substituted, or applied toward any other procedure, service, surgical date, or anatomical area.
The Complimentary Procedure carries no monetary value and may not be redeemed as a discount, refund, credit, or financial equivalent under any circumstance.
This benefit is not cumulative and may not be combined with any other promotions, packages, loyalty programs, negotiated pricing, or previously issued offers.
If the Patient cancels or reschedules surgery outside the permitted contractual timeframe, fails to meet eligibility criteria, or is deemed medically unsuitable, the Complimentary Procedure is automatically forfeited and may not be reinstated.
The Clinic reserves sole and absolute discretion to withdraw, modify, or decline the Complimentary Procedure at any time if medical, safety, or operational considerations render its performance inadvisable.
Once the Clinic’s allocated capacity for this Special has been reached, the Clinic bears no obligation to provide substitutions, extensions, or financial equivalents.

Patient Eligibility

Eligibility for the “10 Years Younger” Special is strictly subject to medical, legal, and administrative criteria as determined by New Face MD Surgery Centers LLC.

To be eligible, the Patient must:
- Be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of deposit.
- Receive a new qualifying surgical quotation issued within the Eligibility Window.
- Pay the required Deposit in accordance with the Promotion Period and based solely on the qualifying quotation.
- Successfully complete all required medical evaluations and pre-operative clearances.
Final eligibility, including approval of the Complimentary Procedure, is determined solely by the Clinic’s licensed surgical providers based on medical judgment, patient safety, and clinical appropriateness. Payment of a Deposit does not guarantee eligibility, approval of the Complimentary Procedure, or performance of surgery.

The Clinic reserves the right to deny, modify, postpone, or cancel participation in this Special if the Patient is deemed medically unsuitable, fails to meet eligibility criteria, or does not comply with pre-operative requirements, without obligation to provide substitutions or financial equivalents.

Deposit and Payment

To secure eligibility for the “10 Years Younger” Special, the Patient must pay the required Deposit based exclusively on a qualifying surgical quotation issued within the Eligibility Window and during the Promotion Period.

The Deposit is non-refundable and serves to secure the Patient’s surgical date and to execute the Invoice of Surgical Fees and Contract with the Clinic. Payment of the Deposit constitutes the Patient’s acknowledgment and acceptance of all Terms herein.

The total balance of the surgical procedure must be paid in full in accordance with the payment schedule outlined in the executed Invoice of Surgical Fees and Contract. Failure to comply with payment deadlines may result in cancellation or rescheduling of surgery, subject to applicable penalties and Clinic policies.

Financing options, if available, are subject to third-party approval and do not alter the eligibility requirements, Promotion Period, or conditions of this Special. Approval of financing does not guarantee medical eligibility or approval of the Complimentary Procedure.

Any Deposit or payment made outside the Promotion Period, or associated with a quotation issued prior to January 28, 2026, shall render the Patient ineligible for this Special, regardless of payment method or timing.

Scheduling and Availability

Scheduling of the qualifying Face Lift or Neck Lift or Mini Face and Mini Neck Lift (both mini) procedure is subject to Provider Availability, surgical capacity, and medical clearance.

While eligibility for the Special is determined by the Promotion Period and qualifying quotation, the surgical date itself is scheduled according to the Clinic’s availability and the Patient’s medical readiness, as documented in the executed Invoice of Surgical Fees and Contract.

The Clinic reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or reassign surgical dates, operating facilities, or providers as necessary for medical, operational, or safety reasons, without invalidating the Patient’s eligibility for the Special.

Approval and performance of the Complimentary Procedure (Upper Blepharoplasty) is contingent upon final intraoperative and preoperative medical assessment and may be withdrawn at any time if deemed clinically inappropriate, without entitlement to substitution, refund, or credit.

The Clinic does not guarantee specific surgical dates, providers, or timelines, and no verbal or written representations outside of these Terms shall be considered binding.

Deadline for Procedures

Eligibility for the “10 Years Younger” Special is determined exclusively by compliance with the Promotion Period, issuance of a qualifying quotation, and timely payment of the required Deposit.

The qualifying Face Lift or Neck Lift or Mini Face and Mini Neck Lift (both mini) procedures must be scheduled and performed within the timeframe established in the Patient’s executed Invoice of Surgical Fees and Contract, subject to Provider Availability and medical clearance. Failure to schedule or complete the procedure within the contractual timeframe may result in forfeiture of eligibility for the Complimentary Procedure.

The Complimentary Procedure (Upper Blepharoplasty), if approved, must be performed concurrently with the qualifying surgery. It may not be deferred, rescheduled independently, or applied to a future procedure.

No extensions, substitutions, or financial equivalents will be granted if the procedure is not performed within the applicable contractual timeframe.

Exclusions

The “10 Years Younger” Special does not include any procedures, services, or benefits other than those expressly stated in these Terms.

Without limitation, the following are explicitly excluded from this Special:

Any surgical or non-surgical procedures other than the qualifying Face Lift or Neck Lift or Mini Face and Mini Neck Lift (both mini) and the approved Upper Blepharoplasty.
Any procedures performed independently or separately from the qualifying surgery.
Mommy Makeover procedures, combination packages, or any surgery already offered under a bundled or discounted pricing structure.
Additional add-ons, enhancements, revisions, or aesthetic treatments not expressly included herein.
Pre-operative medical testing, laboratory work, imaging, cardiology evaluations, or medical clearances required prior to surgery.
Post-operative medications, supplies, garments, recovery accommodations, or third-party services unless expressly included in the Patient’s Invoice of Surgical Fees and Contract.
Travel expenses, lodging, transportation, or related costs.
Any services or procedures not deemed medically appropriate or approved by the Clinic’s surgical team.

This Special may not be combined with any other promotion, discount, credit, referral incentive, package pricing, or previously negotiated offer, whether past, present, or future.

Disclaimer of Results

All aesthetic and surgical procedures performed under the “10 Years Younger” special are subject to individual variability based on patient anatomy, healing capacity, and adherence to postoperative care instructions.

While the surgeons and medical staff at New Face MD Surgery Centers LLC are committed to delivering results that align with each patient’s goals and established standards of medical excellence, no specific outcome, appearance, or result is guaranteed or implied.

The complimentary inclusion is provided as a non-monetary promotional benefit, and its performance does not alter, extend, or enhance any express or implied warranties related to the primary surgical procedure.

Patients acknowledge and accept that:

Final aesthetic results may vary from expectations discussed during consultation.
Minor asymmetries, scar formation, and variations in skin retraction or texture are considered normal outcomes of body contouring procedures.
Any additional corrections, revisions, or touch-ups requested after completion of the initial treatment will be subject to new fees and are not included in this Special.

By proceeding with surgery, the patient expressly releases and holds harmless New Face MD Surgery Centers LLC, its surgeons, and medical staff from any liability arising from differences between expected and actual outcomes, provided that all care was delivered according to accepted medical standards.

Refunds, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

All matters relating to refunds, cancellations, or rescheduling shall be exclusively governed by the provisions of the signed “Invoice of Surgical Fees and Contract.”

Non-Transferability

All benefits, inclusions, and payments associated with the Special are personal and non-transferable.

The complimentary “10 Years Younger” inclusion, along with any deposits or credits applied toward the qualifying surgical procedure, may be redeemed only by the patient whose name appears on the signed Surgical Fee Agreement.

This Special cannot be sold, gifted, assigned, or transferred to another individual, regardless of relationship status or intent. In the event that a patient attempts to transfer eligibility or payment to a third party, the inclusion and all related promotional privileges shall be automatically voided without refund or substitution.

Should a patient wish to modify the name, ownership, or beneficiary of a scheduled procedure, a new quotation and contract must be executed at current standard rates, and all previous promotions, inclusions, or pricing advantages shall be forfeited.

Non-Combinability

The “10 Years Younger” special is not combinable with any other offer, discount, credit, referral program, package, or previously approved promotion from New Face MD Surgery Centers LLC.

This restriction includes, but is not limited to:

Pre-existing promotional pricing, multi-procedure packages, or seasonal specials.
Loyalty rewards, influencer collaborations, or referral-based incentives.
Financing offers that include discounted rates or deferred-interest structures unless explicitly approved in writing by the Clinic’s administrative office.

If a patient qualifies for multiple offers, only the highest-value single promotion (as determined by the Clinic) will apply. Under no circumstance shall the “10 Years Younger” Special be stacked, prorated, or exchanged for additional value or compensation.

All promotions are independently governed by their respective terms. Acceptance of this Special constitutes acknowledgment that it replaces any prior or concurrent promotional agreement for the same procedure.

Modification or Cancellation of Promotion

New Face MD Surgery Centers LLC expressly reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the “10 Years Younger” at any time and without prior notice, for any reason deemed necessary by management, including but not limited to: clinical capacity limitations, safety concerns, operational changes, or provider availability.

Such modification or cancellation shall not entitle any patient to compensation, refund, or substitute benefit, provided that the patient’s surgery has not yet been confirmed or the required deposit has not been paid.

Patients who have fully complied with all eligibility requirements — including timely deposit payment, execution of the Surgical Fee Agreement, and confirmed surgery within the approved campaign dates — will have their inclusion honored under the terms in effect at the time of payment.

No exceptions or extensions shall be made once the campaign period has ended or once all complimentary “10 Years Younger inclusions have been allocated.

Any unilateral modification made by the Clinic shall be effective immediately upon publication on the Clinic’s official website or direct written communication to the affected patient.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or related to the Special, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

The parties expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall rest with the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and the patient irrevocably submits to the personal jurisdiction of those courts for the resolution of any claim or dispute.

Should any provision of these Terms be deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver by the Clinic of any breach or default shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach or default.

The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall be the only legally binding version. Any translated copies are provided solely for convenience and shall not alter the legal interpretation of this document.

Acceptance of Terms

By paying a surgical deposit, signing the Surgical Fee Agreement, or confirming a surgical date within the Special campaign period, the patient hereby acknowledges, accepts, and agrees to be legally bound by all provisions contained in these Terms and Conditions.

Such acceptance constitutes a full and unconditional understanding that:

The complimentary inclusion is a non-monetary promotional benefit, offered solely under the conditions stated herein.
The patient has reviewed and understood the eligibility requirements, deadlines, and limitations associated with this Special.
No verbal assurances, marketing statements, or informal communications shall modify or supersede the written terms of this document.
