HCG
The HCG diet is a hypocaloric diet, between 500 to 800 calories a day, accompanied by HCG injections, which is the growth hormone produced by women when pregnant.
Does it work?
The HCG diet has been around for many years, and it is still one of the most sought after because it works.
We have worked with it, and it works because it is pretty strict in limiting calories.
What does HCG do to my body?
By limiting carbohydrates, the body takes the calories it needs from your fat reserves; the weight loss is significant and fast because HCG turns your body into: “YOUR OWN FAT BURNING MACHINE.”
How is the diet?
Hypocaloric, limited in carbohydrates, and prohibits any kind of fat, both good and bad. All types of sugar, carbonated beverages, and alcohol are not permitted. Fruits are minimal, and only the lowest in sugar are allowed.
Water and exercise?
3 liters of water per day and ZERO exercises; why? Because you don’t want to break down muscle but only fat.
Not recommended for:
- Diabetics.
- Prediabetics.
- Insulin resistance.
- Cancer.
- Pregnant or lactating women.
- Children or adolescents.
Is the HCG Diet safe for men?
The HCG diet is safe for men, as this hormone is also found in men.
