The “The Chemistry of Attraction” surgical special is available for a limited time, exclusively for patients who secure their surgical deposit within the applicable promotional period and who meet the eligibility criteria established by New Face MD Surgery Centers LLC.

Patients scheduled to undergo a Tummy Tuck, Liposuction 360, High-Definition (HD) Liposuction, or qualifying breast surgery — including breast augmentation, breast reduction, breast lift with or without implants, or implant removal — may qualify to receive one (1) complimentary surgical add-on, selected from the approved list below, as an additional procedure to enhance overall body harmony and surgical outcomes.

The complimentary add-on may include Bra Roll Liposuction, Arm Liposuction, Leg Liposuction, Lysonix or Chin Liposuction, subject to medical evaluation, provider approval, and surgical feasibility.

Eligibility, limitations, and conditions of this inclusion are governed by the Terms and Conditions outlined below, including restrictions related to medical suitability, provider availability, and non-combinability with other offers.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between the patient (“Patient”) and New Face MD Surgery Centers LLC (“Clinic”).
By paying the surgical deposit, signing the required documentation, and confirming surgery within the qualifying period defined below, the Patient expressly and irrevocably accepts all provisions contained herein.

For purposes of these Terms:

“Clinic” refers to New Face MD Surgery Centers LLC, including its affiliated medical facilities, administrative entities, agents, and authorized surgical providers.

“Patient” refers to the individual who schedules, deposits, and undergoes a qualifying surgical procedure under the conditions of this Special.

“Special” refers exclusively to “The Chemistry of Attraction”, a limited-time complimentary surgical inclusion offered by the Clinic under the conditions set forth herein.

“Promotion Period” refers to the specific timeframe designated by the Clinic during which a Patient must secure their surgical deposit in order to qualify for this Special, as communicated in official promotional materials.

“Eligibility Window” refers to the period during which the Patient must both (i) have no prior paid surgical deposit for the qualifying procedure and (ii) execute a new surgical quote reflecting this Special. Deposits or contracts executed outside this window render the Patient ineligible.

“Deposit” refers to the non-refundable monetary amount paid by the Patient to secure eligibility for promotional consideration and to execute the applicable Invoice of Surgical Fees and Financial Agreement with the Clinic.

“Qualified Procedure” refers exclusively to Tummy Tuck, Liposuction 360, High-Definition (HD) Liposuction, or qualifying breast surgeries, including breast augmentation, breast reduction, breast lift with or without implants, or implant removal, as determined appropriate by the Clinic’s surgical team following medical evaluation.

“Complimentary Add-On” refers to one (1) additional surgical procedure approved under this Special, selected from the authorized list and performed concurrently with the Qualified Procedure, subject to medical suitability and provider discretion.

“Approved Add-Ons” refers exclusively to the following procedures: Bra Roll Liposuction, Arm Liposuction, Leg Liposuction, Lysonix or Chin Liposuction, as medically appropriate and approved by the operating surgeon.

“Provider Availability” refers to the professional, medical, and logistical capacity of the Clinic’s surgeons and staff to perform the Qualified Procedure and Complimentary Add-On within the applicable surgical dates. Availability is limited and may be modified or withdrawn at the Clinic’s discretion.

The “The Chemistry of Attraction” Special is available for a limited time during the period beginning on January 28, 2026, and ending on February 28, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

To qualify for this Special, the Patient must:

  1. Receive a new surgical quotation issued on or after January 28, 2026; and

  2. Pay the required surgical Deposit within the Promotion Period, based exclusively on that qualifying quotation.

Quotations issued prior to January 28, 2026, are not eligible, and any Deposit associated with a quotation generated before that date will render the Patient ineligible for this Special, regardless of when payment is made.

The Promotion Period governs eligibility for the complimentary inclusion only.
Surgical dates may be scheduled according to Provider Availability and clinical appropriateness, as determined by the Clinic, and are not required to occur within the Promotion Period unless otherwise specified in the Patient’s executed Invoice of Surgical Fees and Contract.

No exceptions, extensions, or retroactive applications will be granted outside of the Promotion Period.

This Special applies exclusively to Patients undergoing a Qualified Procedure with New Face MD Surgery Centers LLC during the applicable Promotion Period and within the Eligibility Window defined herein.

Eligible Patients who meet all promotional requirements will receive one (1) Complimentary Add-On to be performed concurrently with the qualifying surgical procedure, subject to medical evaluation, surgical feasibility, and provider approval.

The Qualified Procedures under this Special include Tummy Tuck, Liposuction 360, High-Definition (HD) Liposuction, and qualifying breast surgeries, including breast augmentation, breast reduction, breast lift with or without implants, or implant removal, as determined appropriate by the Clinic’s surgical team.

The Complimentary Add-On must be selected from the list of Approved Add-Ons defined in these Terms and may only be performed in anatomical areas deemed medically suitable by the operating surgeon. The final determination regarding eligibility, technique, treatment area, and execution rests solely with the assigned provider based on intraoperative assessment and patient safety considerations.

All procedures under this Special shall be performed exclusively by licensed and credentialed providers affiliated with New Face MD Surgery Centers LLC. The Clinic reserves the right to assign, reassign, or modify provider participation and surgical scheduling as necessary without affecting the enforceability of these Terms.

The inclusion of a Complimentary Add-On under this Special does not constitute a discount, refund, credit, or modification of the base surgical fee for the Qualified Procedure. No cash value, financial equivalency, or substitution applies.

This Special is subject to limited availability based on provider scheduling, operating room capacity, and medical clearance. Once the allocated promotional capacity has been fulfilled, the Clinic is under no obligation to extend additional accommodations, substitutions, or financial equivalents.

This Special includes only the services, procedures, and benefits expressly listed in this section. Any service or item not explicitly stated herein shall be deemed excluded.

Under the “The Chemistry of Attraction” Special, the promotional scope includes:

  • Performance of one (1) Qualified Procedure, as defined in Section 03, subject to medical evaluation and surgical approval.

  • Inclusion of one (1) Complimentary Add-On, selected from the list of Approved Add-Ons detailed in Section 05, provided that the Add-On is medically appropriate and surgically feasible to be performed concurrently with the Qualified Procedure.

  • Standard preoperative and postoperative care customarily included by the Clinic for the applicable surgical procedure, including medical evaluation, surgical planning, and routine follow-up appointments, in accordance with the Clinic’s established patient care protocols.

Any Complimentary Add-On included under this Special is provided solely as part of the promotional structure and does not alter the base surgical fee, anesthesia fees, facility fees, or any other charges associated with the Qualified Procedure unless expressly stated in writing.

All inclusions are subject to provider availability, operating room capacity, medical clearance, and intraoperative assessment. The Clinic reserves the right to modify or withhold any inclusion if, in the professional judgment of the surgical team, patient safety or clinical outcomes may be compromised.

No inclusion under this Special carries cash value, refund entitlement, or transferable credit, nor may it be substituted for other procedures, services, or future dates.

For purposes of the “The Chemistry of Attraction” Special, only the add-on procedures expressly listed in this section shall be considered eligible as a Complimentary Add-On.

The Approved Add-Ons under this Special are limited to one (1) anatomical zone per Patient, selected from the following list:

  • Bra Roll Liposuction

  • Arm Liposuction

  • Leg Liposuction

  • Chin Liposuction

  • Lysonix

The selection and execution of any Approved Add-On is strictly subject to medical evaluation, surgical feasibility, intraoperative assessment, and professional judgment of the operating surgeon. The Clinic does not guarantee that a Patient will qualify for their preferred Add-On, even if otherwise eligible for the Special.

Approved Add-Ons must be:

  • Performed concurrently with the Qualified Procedure.

  • Limited to a single anatomical area.

  • Determined to be clinically appropriate within the scope, duration, and safety parameters of the primary surgery.

The following limitations apply:

  • Only one (1) Approved Add-On per Patient is permitted under this Special.

  • Approved Add-Ons cannot be accumulated, divided, transferred, substituted, or exchanged for other procedures, services, dates, or monetary value.

  • Approved Add-Ons may not be applied to Mommy Makeover procedures or to any surgical package or combination that already includes discounted or bundled pricing.

  • Approved Add-Ons may not be combined with other promotions, loyalty programs, referral incentives, or previously negotiated benefits unless expressly authorized in writing by the Clinic.

  • Approved Add-Ons carry no cash value and do not constitute a discount, refund, or credit toward the base surgical fee.

If, at any time, the Patient is deemed medically ineligible for the selected Add-On, or if intraoperative conditions render its performance inadvisable, the Add-On shall be automatically forfeited without substitution, deferral, or financial adjustment.

The Clinic reserves the sole and absolute discretion to limit, modify, or withdraw Approved Add-On availability based on medical, safety, operational, or scheduling considerations, without affecting the enforceability of these Terms.

Participation in this Special is limited to patients who meet all medical, administrative, and contractual eligibility criteria established by New Face MD Surgery Centers LLC.

To qualify, the Patient must:

  • Be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of deposit.

  • Complete a medical evaluation (virtual or in-person, as applicable) to determine candidacy for the Qualified Procedure and any Complimentary Add-On.

  • Be deemed an appropriate surgical candidate based on health history, physical examination, BMI, body composition, surgical complexity, and overall safety considerations.

  • Secure the required surgical deposit within the Promotion Period, in accordance with the pricing and conditions outlined in the corresponding surgical quotation.

  • Execute the applicable Invoice of Surgical Fees and Contract / Financing Agreement within the timeframe required to preserve promotional eligibility.

Eligibility for any Complimentary Add-On is not guaranteed and remains subject to medical approval. The operating surgeon retains sole discretion to determine whether the Add-On is appropriate, safe, and feasible based on intraoperative findings and overall surgical planning.

The Clinic reserves the right to determine that a Patient is not eligible for this Special at any time if medical, administrative, or operational conditions are not met, without obligation to provide alternative benefits, substitutions, or financial equivalents.

To secure eligibility for the “The Chemistry of Attraction” Special, the Patient must pay the required Deposit based exclusively on a qualifying surgical quotation issued within the Eligibility Window and during the Promotion Period.

The Deposit is non-refundable and serves to secure the Patient’s surgical date and to execute the Invoice of Surgical Fees and Contract with the Clinic. Payment of the Deposit constitutes the Patient’s acknowledgment and acceptance of all Terms herein.

The total balance of the surgical procedure must be paid in full in accordance with the payment schedule outlined in the executed Invoice of Surgical Fees and Contract. Failure to comply with payment deadlines may result in cancellation or rescheduling of surgery, subject to applicable penalties and Clinic policies.

Financing options, if available, are subject to third-party approval and do not alter the eligibility requirements, Promotion Period, or conditions of this Special. Approval of financing does not guarantee medical eligibility or approval of the Complimentary Procedure.

Any Deposit or payment made outside the Promotion Period, or associated with a quotation issued prior to January 28, 2026, shall render the Patient ineligible for this Special, regardless of payment method or timing.

All consultations, surgical dates, and procedures under this Special are subject to provider availability, operating room capacity, and clinical scheduling of New Face MD Surgery Centers LLC.

Scheduling of the qualifying procedure and any approved Complimentary Add-On must comply with the following conditions:

  • Surgical dates are assigned only after the required deposit has been paid and the applicable Invoice of Surgical Fees and Contract and/or Financing Agreement has been fully executed.

  • All procedures must be scheduled within the timeframes permitted under the Promotion Period and Deadline for Procedures, as outlined in these Terms.

  • Availability is limited and determined by the Clinic based on surgeon schedules, facility capacity, and operational considerations.

  • The Clinic does not guarantee specific dates, surgeons, or timeframes beyond what is expressly confirmed in writing.

  • Any Complimentary Add-On must be performed during the same surgical session as the qualifying procedure and cannot be scheduled separately or deferred to a different date.

The Clinic reserves the right to reschedule, reassign providers, or adjust surgical dates as medically or operationally necessary. Such changes do not invalidate the promotion or entitle the Patient to substitutions, refunds, or additional benefits.

Patients are encouraged to schedule promptly once eligible, as availability may be exhausted prior to the end of the Promotion Period. Once available slots are filled, the Clinic bears no obligation to extend additional accommodations or equivalent benefits.

To retain eligibility for this Special, the qualifying surgical procedure must be performed within the deadline established by New Face MD Surgery Centers LLC, as defined below.

Patients who secure their deposit and execute the applicable Invoice of Surgical Fees and Contract and/or Financing Agreement during the Promotion Period must schedule and complete their surgery within the maximum timeframe permitted under the signed financial agreement, subject to provider availability and medical clearance.

While certain financing agreements may allow procedures to be performed up to twelve (12) months from the date of deposit, the Clinic strongly encourages surgical completion within the calendar year of the promotion, when applicable, to ensure continuity of care and availability of included benefits.

Failure to schedule or complete the procedure within the permitted timeframe may result in:

  • Forfeiture of any Complimentary Add-On or promotional inclusion.

  • Reversion to standard pricing and terms in effect at the time of rescheduling.

  • Requirement to execute a new contract under updated conditions.

The Clinic is not obligated to extend deadlines, honor expired promotional benefits, or provide financial equivalents if the Patient does not complete the procedure within the authorized timeframe.

This Special expressly excludes any services, procedures, benefits, or conditions not explicitly listed as included under these Terms and Conditions.

The following exclusions apply without exception:

  • Mommy Makeover procedures are excluded from this Special. Mommy Makeover is considered a bundled surgical package with pre-existing preferential pricing; therefore, it is not eligible for Complimentary Add-Ons or promotional inclusions under this campaign.

  • Any surgical package, combination, or procedure that already includes discounted, bundled, negotiated, or promotional pricing is excluded from participation.

  • Procedures scheduled, quoted, or deposited prior to the applicable Promotion Period are not eligible, regardless of whether surgery has occurred.

  • Complimentary Add-Ons may not be applied to:

    • Secondary surgeries

    • Revision procedures

    • Standalone procedures

    • Procedures performed on a different date from the Qualified Procedure

  • Preoperative exams, laboratory testing, imaging studies, medications, garments not expressly included, post-operative supplies beyond those customarily provided, travel expenses, lodging, transportation, and third-party services are excluded unless explicitly stated in writing.

  • Any procedure, add-on, or benefit deemed medically inadvisable or unsafe based on patient health, body composition, BMI, surgical complexity, or intraoperative findings is excluded at the sole discretion of the Clinic and operating surgeon.

Failure to meet medical eligibility, operational feasibility, or scheduling requirements automatically voids any promotional benefit, without substitution, postponement, or financial compensation.

No exclusion under this Section shall be interpreted as limiting the Clinic’s authority to apply additional exclusions as required for patient safety, regulatory compliance, or operational integrity.

All aesthetic and surgical procedures performed under the “The Chemistry of Attraction” special are subject to individual variability based on patient anatomy, healing capacity, and adherence to postoperative care instructions.

While the surgeons and medical staff at New Face MD Surgery Centers LLC are committed to delivering results that align with each patient’s goals and established standards of medical excellence, no specific outcome, appearance, or result is guaranteed or implied.

The complimentary inclusion is provided as a non-monetary promotional benefit, and its performance does not alter, extend, or enhance any express or implied warranties related to the primary surgical procedure.

Patients acknowledge and accept that:

  • Final aesthetic results may vary from expectations discussed during consultation.

  • Minor asymmetries, scar formation, and variations in skin retraction or texture are considered normal outcomes of body contouring procedures.

  • Any additional corrections, revisions, or touch-ups requested after completion of the initial treatment will be subject to new fees and are not included in this Special.

By proceeding with surgery, the patient expressly releases and holds harmless New Face MD Surgery Centers LLC, its surgeons, and medical staff from any liability arising from differences between expected and actual outcomes, provided that all care was delivered according to accepted medical standards.

All matters relating to refunds, cancellations, or rescheduling shall be exclusively governed by the provisions of the signed “Invoice of Surgical Fees and Contract.”

All benefits, inclusions, and payments associated with the “The Chemistry of Attraction” Special are personal and non-transferable.

The complimentary “10 Years Younger” inclusion, along with any deposits or credits applied toward the qualifying surgical procedure, may be redeemed only by the patient whose name appears on the signed Surgical Fee Agreement.

This Special cannot be sold, gifted, assigned, or transferred to another individual, regardless of relationship status or intent. In the event that a patient attempts to transfer eligibility or payment to a third party, the inclusion and all related promotional privileges shall be automatically voided without refund or substitution.

Should a patient wish to modify the name, ownership, or beneficiary of a scheduled procedure, a new quotation and contract must be executed at current standard rates, and all previous promotions, inclusions, or pricing advantages shall be forfeited.

The “The Chemistry of Attraction” special is not combinable with any other offer, discount, credit, referral program, package, or previously approved promotion from New Face MD Surgery Centers LLC.

This restriction includes, but is not limited to:

  • Pre-existing promotional pricing, multi-procedure packages, or seasonal specials.

  • Loyalty rewards, influencer collaborations, or referral-based incentives.

  • Financing offers that include discounted rates or deferred-interest structures unless explicitly approved in writing by the Clinic’s administrative office.

If a patient qualifies for multiple offers, only the highest-value single promotion (as determined by the Clinic) will apply. Under no circumstance shall the “The Chemistry of Attraction” Special be stacked, prorated, or exchanged for additional value or compensation.

All promotions are independently governed by their respective terms. Acceptance of this Special constitutes acknowledgment that it replaces any prior or concurrent promotional agreement for the same procedure.

New Face MD Surgery Centers LLC expressly reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the special at any time and without prior notice, for any reason deemed necessary by management, including but not limited to: clinical capacity limitations, safety concerns, operational changes, or provider availability.

Such modification or cancellation shall not entitle any patient to compensation, refund, or substitute benefit, provided that the patient’s surgery has not yet been confirmed or the required deposit has not been paid.

Patients who have fully complied with all eligibility requirements — including timely deposit payment, execution of the Surgical Fee Agreement, and confirmed surgery within the approved campaign dates — will have their inclusion honored under the terms in effect at the time of payment.

No exceptions or extensions shall be made once the campaign period has ended or once all complimentary “10 Years Younger inclusions have been allocated.

Any unilateral modification made by the Clinic shall be effective immediately upon publication on the Clinic’s official website or direct written communication to the affected patient.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or related to theSpecial, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

The parties expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall rest with the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and the patient irrevocably submits to the personal jurisdiction of those courts for the resolution of any claim or dispute.

Should any provision of these Terms be deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver by the Clinic of any breach or default shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach or default.

The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall be the only legally binding version. Any translated copies are provided solely for convenience and shall not alter the legal interpretation of this document.

By paying a surgical deposit, signing the Surgical Fee Agreement, or confirming a surgical date within “The Chemistry of Attraction” special campaign period, the patient hereby acknowledges, accepts, and agrees to be legally bound by all provisions contained in these Terms and Conditions.

Such acceptance constitutes a full and unconditional understanding that:

  • The complimentary inclusion is a non-monetary promotional benefit, offered solely under the conditions stated herein.

  • The patient has reviewed and understood the eligibility requirements, deadlines, and limitations associated with this Special.

  • No verbal assurances, marketing statements, or informal communications shall modify or supersede the written terms of this document.
