The “J-Plasma for Birthday” special is available for a limited time during November 2025, exclusively for new patients or those who have not paid their surgical deposit prior to October 29, 2025, at 6:00 p.m.
Patients scheduled for Liposuction 360 or HD Liposuction on November 3, 4, or 10, 2025 will receive a complimentary J-Plasma treatment, valued at USD $1,999, as an additional procedure to enhance their surgical results.
Availability is strictly limited and subject to provider scheduling and medical approval. This offer is provided solely by New Face MD Surgery Centers LLC and is governed by the Terms and Conditions described below.

TERMS & CONDITIONS – SURGICAL SPECIALS – New Face MD Surgery Centers LLC
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between the patient (“Patient”) and New Face MD Surgery Centers LLC (“Clinic”).
By paying the surgical deposit, signing the required documentation, and confirming surgery within the qualifying period defined below, the Patient expressly and irrevocably accepts all provisions contained herein.
Definitions
For purposes of these Terms:
- “Clinic” refers to New Face MD Surgery Centers LLC, its affiliated medical facilities, agents, and authorized surgical providers.
- “Patient” refers to the individual who schedules, deposits, and undergoes the surgical procedure under the conditions of this Special.
- “Special” refers exclusively to the “J-Plasma for Birthday – November 2025 Special”, a limited-time complimentary inclusion offered by the Clinic during the period specified herein.
- “Eligibility Window” refers to the time frame beginning October 29, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., through which only patients who have not paid a surgical deposit before that timestamp may qualify for this Special. Any deposit paid prior to that deadline renders the Patient ineligible for participation.
- “Qualified Surgery Dates” refers exclusively to surgeries performed on November 3, 4, or 10, 2025, during which the J-Plasma procedure may be added as a complimentary inclusion.
- “J-Plasma Gift” refers to the complimentary J-Plasma treatment, commercially valued at one thousand nine hundred ninety-nine U.S. dollars (USD $1,999), provided by the Clinic as an additional enhancement to the qualifying liposuction procedure. This benefit carries no cash value, refund entitlement, or accounting equivalence and cannot be exchanged, credited, or transferred.
- “Deposit” refers to the monetary amount paid by the Patient to secure their surgical date and execute the Invoice of Surgical Fees and Contract with the Clinic.
- “Qualified Procedure” refers to Liposuction 360 or High-Definition (HD) Liposuction, as determined appropriate by the Clinic’s surgical team and approved through medical evaluation.
- “Provider Availability” refers to the professional and logistical capacity of the Clinic’s surgeons and staff to perform the procedure within the designated dates. Availability is limited and may be modified or withdrawn by the Clinic at any time.
Promotion Period
This Special is valid exclusively for surgical procedures performed on November 3, 4, or 10, 2025 (the “Qualified Surgery Dates”). Only Patients who have not paid their surgical deposit prior to October 29, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. are eligible to participate. Any deposit executed before that time automatically voids eligibility for this Special, regardless of subsequent scheduling, rebooking, or payment activity.
Bookings are confirmed strictly on a first-come, first-served basis, and participation is subject to the Clinic’s Provider Availability as defined above. The Clinic reserves the unrestricted right to limit the number of qualifying Patients, modify the available dates, or terminate this Special without prior notice once capacity has been reached.
No retroactive claims, post-dated inclusions, or substitutions will be honored under any circumstance. Once the Special Period concludes or all available slots are filled, the Clinic shall have no further obligation to extend or replicate this offer.
Specials
This Special applies exclusively to Patients undergoing Liposuction 360 or High-Definition (HD) Liposuction with New Face MD Surgery Centers LLC during the Qualified Surgery Dates defined above. Eligible Patients will receive, at no additional cost, one J-Plasma treatment (the “J-Plasma Gift”) as a complementary procedure performed concurrently with their qualifying liposuction surgery.
The commercial value of the J-Plasma Gift is one thousand nine hundred ninety-nine U.S. dollars (USD $1,999); however, it is granted entirely free of charge as part of this Special. This value does not constitute a discount, refund, or credit, nor does it modify the base surgical fee of the qualifying procedure.
The J-Plasma treatment will be administered only in the same anatomical areas addressed during the qualifying liposuction and solely at the discretion of the operating surgeon, based on intraoperative assessment and medical suitability. The procedure cannot be relocated to other areas, performed on separate dates, or applied independently of the liposuction procedure.
All procedures under this Special shall be performed exclusively by licensed and credentialed providers affiliated with New Face MD Surgery Centers LLC. The Clinic reserves the right to assign, reassign, or modify provider participation as necessary, without affecting the validity of these Terms.
The inclusion of J-Plasma under this Special is subject to the Clinic’s surgical capacity, provider availability, and medical clearance of the Patient. Once all eligible slots are filled, the Clinic is not required to extend additional accommodations, substitutions, or financial equivalents.
Inclusions
The inclusion granted under this Special consists exclusively of one complimentary J-Plasma procedure performed as an adjunct to a qualifying Liposuction 360 or HD Liposuction surgery scheduled for November 3, 4, or 10, 2025.
This inclusion covers only the direct performance of the J-Plasma treatment during the same operative session and in the same anatomical areas as the primary liposuction, as deemed appropriate by the attending surgeon. The J-Plasma treatment is considered a medical enhancement to the liposuction results and shall not be itemized or billed as a separate service.
No additional treatments, products, materials, medications, consultations, or post-operative sessions are included. The inclusion does not extend to laboratory work, preoperative testing, anesthesia beyond what is medically necessary for the primary procedure, garments, or recovery accommodations.
All inclusions are subject to medical clearance, intraoperative evaluation, and provider availability. The Clinic reserves the right to withdraw or modify the inclusion if medical or logistical circumstances render its execution unsafe or impracticable.
The Patient acknowledges and accepts that the complimentary nature of this inclusion carries no financial equivalence, credit, or monetary substitution, and that the Clinic is not obligated to offer any alternative, discount, or reimbursement should the inclusion not be performed for any reason.
Approved Add-Ons
Patients may qualify for one (1) complimentary J-Plasma inclusion under the J-Plasma for Birthday Special. This inclusion must be performed in the same surgical session as the qualifying Liposuction 360 or HD Liposuction procedure, and only in the same anatomical areas treated during that surgery. The treatment area, energy level, and technique shall be determined exclusively by the operating surgeon, based on intraoperative assessment and medical appropriateness.
Limitations
The J-Plasma inclusion cannot be exchanged, transferred, or applied toward any other service, date, or body area.
The complimentary procedure does not carry monetary value and cannot be redeemed as a discount, refund, or credit.
This benefit is not cumulative and cannot be combined with any other offers, packages, or loyalty programs.
If the patient cancels or reschedules outside the permitted timeframe or fails to meet eligibility criteria, the inclusion is automatically forfeited and may not be reinstated.
The Clinic reserves the sole discretion to withdraw or modify the inclusion if medical, safety, or operational factors render its performance inadvisable.
Once all allocated J-Plasma slots have been filled, the Clinic bears no obligation to extend additional accommodations or financial equivalents.
Patient Eligibility
This Special is exclusively available to new patients or individuals who have not submitted a surgical deposit prior to October 29, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. Patients who placed deposits before this time are not eligible for the complimentary inclusion, regardless of rescheduling or prior quotations.
Eligibility for both the primary Liposuction 360 or HD Liposuction and the complimentary J-Plasma treatment is strictly subject to medical evaluation and professional approval by the operating surgeon and the Clinic’s medical team. The Clinic reserves the right to deny participation in this Special based on clinical findings, safety considerations, or medical contraindications identified during preoperative screening.
All patients must be 18 years of age or older at the time of surgery. Candidates must sign the required informed-consent forms and undergo all preoperative assessments mandated by the Clinic’s standard protocols.
The complimentary J-Plasma inclusion shall be performed only when, in the sole judgment of the surgeon, the patient’s anatomy and intraoperative conditions are appropriate for safe execution. Should the surgeon determine that J-Plasma cannot be performed, the inclusion is forfeited and no substitute or compensation shall be offered.
Deposit and Payment
To qualify for the J-Plasma for Birthday Special, patients must have (i) secured and paid the required surgical deposit, and (ii) executed their Surgical Fee Agreement no later than November 2, 2025, at 11:59 p.m.
All deposits are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the patient’s decision to cancel, postpone, or modify the procedure. Payment of the deposit constitutes a binding commitment to the scheduled surgical date and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The complimentary J-Plasma inclusion is valid only when the full deposit and signed documentation are received before the deadline and the patient undergoes surgery on November 3, 4, or 10, 2025. If the patient reschedules or cancels for any reason, the J-Plasma inclusion is automatically voided and cannot be reinstated, even if the surgery is later completed.
All remaining balances for the procedure must be paid in full at least fourteen (14) days before surgery, unless otherwise approved in writing by the Clinic.
No portion of the complimentary inclusion may be financed, applied toward outstanding balances, or substituted for any monetary equivalent.
The Clinic does not offer refunds, credits, or transfers for the complimentary J-Plasma inclusion. All financial obligations related to the primary Liposuction procedure remain fully enforceable, independent of the patient’s eligibility or forfeiture of the gift inclusion.
Scheduling and Availability
All procedures under the J-Plasma for Birthday Special must be scheduled and performed exclusively on November 3, 4, or 10, 2025, at New Face MD Surgery Centers LLC. No exceptions or extensions shall apply beyond these specified dates.
Surgical scheduling is handled on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to provider availability, operating room capacity, and clinical approval. Due to limited slots, the Clinic cannot guarantee the availability of specific surgeons, dates, or time preferences once capacity is reached.
The Clinic expressly reserves the right to modify, adjust, or withdraw the patient’s scheduled date in cases of medical necessity, staffing constraints, or unforeseen circumstances affecting the safe operation of the facility. Should a change be required by the Clinic, reasonable efforts will be made to offer an alternate date; however, the complimentary inclusion of J-Plasma shall remain valid only if performed within the original campaign dates.
Patients are responsible for complying with all preoperative requirements, including submission of lab results, medical clearances, and payment deadlines. Failure to meet these requirements by the specified timelines may result in automatic cancellation of the scheduled procedure and forfeiture of the J-Plasma inclusion.
Once all available J-Plasma inclusions have been assigned, no additional patients will be eligible for the benefit, even if they meet all other conditions.
Deadline for Procedures
All qualifying surgeries under the J-Plasma for Birthday Special must be performed strictly within the campaign dates of November 3, 4, or 10, 2025.
Any surgery that is canceled, postponed, or rescheduled beyond these dates automatically forfeits the complimentary J-Plasma inclusion and reverts to standard pricing without exception. No credits, extensions, or substitutions shall be provided under any circumstance.
Patients who fail to comply with preoperative documentation, payment requirements, or medical clearances by the established deadlines will also lose eligibility for the complimentary inclusion.
The Clinic shall not be obligated to accommodate or reinstate forfeited inclusions once the campaign period has concluded, regardless of the reason for delay or rescheduling, including but not limited to personal emergencies, travel issues, or third-party financing delays.
This policy is designed to maintain equitable access to limited surgical slots and ensure adherence to the clinical calendar approved for the November 2025 campaign.
Exclusions
The J-Plasma for Birthday Special applies exclusively to the complimentary J-Plasma treatment performed in conjunction with a qualifying Liposuction 360 or HD Liposuction procedure. Unless explicitly stated in the patient’s signed surgical estimate, no other services, materials, or benefits are included.
The following items are expressly excluded from the scope of this Special:
Preoperative laboratory work, electrocardiograms, cardiology or anesthesia clearances, and any additional diagnostic tests required by the patient’s medical condition.
Postoperative medications, including but not limited to antibiotics, analgesics, anti-inflammatories, and topical treatments.
Recovery center stay, transportation, accommodation, meals, or any postoperative care outside of standard in-clinic follow-up visits.
Additional procedures not explicitly included in the surgical plan, such as revision surgeries, touch-ups, or unrelated aesthetic interventions.
Specialized equipment or materials not routinely used in the standard of care for the qualifying procedure.
Any costs associated with postoperative complications, hospital readmissions, or emergency care provided outside of New Face MD Surgery Centers LLC.
The Clinic reserves the right to charge for any service, supply, or intervention not specified in writing within the signed Surgical Fee Agreement. Patients are strongly encouraged to review all inclusions and exclusions with their surgical consultant prior to finalizing their deposit or treatment date.
Disclaimer of Results
All aesthetic and surgical procedures performed under the J-Plasma for Birthday Special are subject to individual variability based on patient anatomy, healing capacity, and adherence to postoperative care instructions.
While the surgeons and medical staff at New Face MD Surgery Centers LLC are committed to delivering results that align with each patient’s goals and established standards of medical excellence, no specific outcome, appearance, or result is guaranteed or implied.
The complimentary J-Plasma inclusion is provided as a non-monetary promotional benefit, and its performance does not alter, extend, or enhance any express or implied warranties related to the primary surgical procedure.
Patients acknowledge and accept that:
Final aesthetic results may vary from expectations discussed during consultation.
Minor asymmetries, scar formation, and variations in skin retraction or texture are considered normal outcomes of body contouring procedures.
Any additional corrections, revisions, or touch-ups requested after completion of the initial treatment will be subject to new fees and are not included in this Special.
By proceeding with surgery, the patient expressly releases and holds harmless New Face MD Surgery Centers LLC, its surgeons, and medical staff from any liability arising from differences between expected and actual outcomes, provided that all care was delivered according to accepted medical standards.
Refunds, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
All matters relating to refunds, cancellations, or rescheduling shall be exclusively governed by the provisions of the signed “Invoice of Surgical Fees and Contract.”
Non-Transferability
All benefits, inclusions, and payments associated with the J-Plasma for Birthday Special are personal and non-transferable.
The complimentary J-Plasma inclusion, along with any deposits or credits applied toward the qualifying surgical procedure, may be redeemed only by the patient whose name appears on the signed Surgical Fee Agreement.
This Special cannot be sold, gifted, assigned, or transferred to another individual, regardless of relationship status or intent. In the event that a patient attempts to transfer eligibility or payment to a third party, the inclusion and all related promotional privileges shall be automatically voided without refund or substitution.
Should a patient wish to modify the name, ownership, or beneficiary of a scheduled procedure, a new quotation and contract must be executed at current standard rates, and all previous promotions, inclusions, or pricing advantages shall be forfeited.
Non-Combinability
The J-Plasma for Birthday Special is not combinable with any other offer, discount, credit, referral program, package, or previously approved promotion from New Face MD Surgery Centers LLC.
This restriction includes, but is not limited to:
Pre-existing promotional pricing, multi-procedure packages, or seasonal specials.
Loyalty rewards, influencer collaborations, or referral-based incentives.
Financing offers that include discounted rates or deferred-interest structures unless explicitly approved in writing by the Clinic’s administrative office.
If a patient qualifies for multiple offers, only the highest-value single promotion (as determined by the Clinic) will apply. Under no circumstance shall the J-Plasma for Birthday Special be stacked, prorated, or exchanged for additional value or compensation.
All promotions are independently governed by their respective terms. Acceptance of this Special constitutes acknowledgment that it replaces any prior or concurrent promotional agreement for the same procedure.
Modification or Cancellation of Promotion
New Face MD Surgery Centers LLC expressly reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the J-Plasma for Birthday Special at any time and without prior notice, for any reason deemed necessary by management, including but not limited to: clinical capacity limitations, safety concerns, operational changes, or provider availability.
Such modification or cancellation shall not entitle any patient to compensation, refund, or substitute benefit, provided that the patient’s surgery has not yet been confirmed or the required deposit has not been paid.
Patients who have fully complied with all eligibility requirements — including timely deposit payment, execution of the Surgical Fee Agreement, and confirmed surgery within the approved campaign dates (November 3, 4, or 10, 2025) — will have their inclusion honored under the terms in effect at the time of payment.
No exceptions or extensions shall be made once the campaign period has ended or once all complimentary J-Plasma inclusions have been allocated.
Any unilateral modification made by the Clinic shall be effective immediately upon publication on the Clinic’s official website or direct written communication to the affected patient.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or related to the J-Plasma for Birthday Special, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
The parties expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall rest with the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and the patient irrevocably submits to the personal jurisdiction of those courts for the resolution of any claim or dispute.
Should any provision of these Terms be deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver by the Clinic of any breach or default shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach or default.
The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall be the only legally binding version. Any translated copies are provided solely for convenience and shall not alter the legal interpretation of this document.
Acceptance of Terms
By paying a surgical deposit, signing the Surgical Fee Agreement, or confirming a surgical date within the J-Plasma for Birthday Special campaign period, the patient hereby acknowledges, accepts, and agrees to be legally bound by all provisions contained in these Terms and Conditions.
Such acceptance constitutes a full and unconditional understanding that:

The patient has reviewed and understood the eligibility requirements, deadlines, and limitations associated with this Special.
No verbal assurances, marketing statements, or informal communications shall modify or supersede the written terms of this document.
