TERMS & CONDITIONS – SEPTEMBER SURGICAL SPECIALS – New Face MD Surgery Centers LLC
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between the patient (“Patient”) and New Face MD Surgery Centers LLC (“Clinic”). By paying a deposit and/or executing a financing contract during the Promotion Period defined below, Patient expressly and irrevocably accepts all provisions herein.
Definitions
For purposes of these Terms:
“Clinic” refers to New Face MD Surgery Centers LLC and its medical, administrative, and support staff.
“Patient” refers to the individual making a deposit or entering into a financing agreement with the Clinic.
“Deposit” means the required monetary amount paid by Patient to secure eligibility for promotional pricing.
“Add-ons” refers exclusively to the supplementary procedures listed in Section 5.
“Promotion Period” refers to the timeframe between September 1, 2025, and September 30, 2025, inclusive.
“Procedure” refers exclusively to Lipo 360 or Tummy Tuck performed by approved providers.
Promotion Period
All surgeries must be scheduled and performed no later than December 19, 2025.
Specials
The promotion applies exclusively to Liposuction 360 and Tummy Tuck with the following providers:
Dr. Desiree Villadolid – Deposit: $500
Dr. Tarik Husain – Deposit: $500
Dr. David Játiva – Deposit: $1,000
Promotional Benefit: Two (2) complimentary Add-ons (commercial value $999 each), subject to medical approval and surgical feasibility.
Pricing: Procedures start at $4,999.
Note: No cash discounts apply. Any procedure not explicitly listed herein is excluded and subject to standard clinic rates.
Inclusions
Promotional pricing includes:
Initial consultation valued at $150 USD depending on the case, fully applicable toward total surgical cost.
Specified Procedure (Liposuction 360 or Tummy Tuck) with the chosen provider.
Standard postoperative care provided by the Clinic.
Two (2) complimentary Add-ons per Section 5, subject to eligibility and feasibility.
Approved Add-Ons
Patients may select a maximum of two (2) Add-ons, which must be performed in the same surgical session as the primary Procedure:
Axillary liposuction
Mini tummy tuck
Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL)
Bra roll liposuction
Arm liposuction
Leg liposuction
Chin liposuction
Limitations:
Add-ons cannot be combined with pre-approved tiered add-on discounts or other promotions, packages, or benefits.
The commercial value of Add-ons is non-transferable and cannot be converted into discounts or applied toward other services.
Patient Eligibility
Patient must be at least 18 years old at the time of deposit.
Eligibility to undergo any surgical procedure shall be determined solely and exclusively by the Clinic’s medical staff.
The Clinic and its surgeons retain absolute discretion to approve or deny candidacy based on medical, safety, or professional considerations. Such determinations shall be final, binding, and not subject to appeal.
Deposit and Payment
To secure eligibility, Patient must pay the required Deposit and/or sign a financing contract no later than September 30, 2025.
Deposits are strictly non-refundable, except as provided under the separate “Invoice of Surgical Fees and Contract.”
The full remaining balance must be paid no later than two (2) weeks before the scheduled surgery date.
Failure to comply with payment deadlines may result in cancellation or rescheduling at the Clinic’s discretion, with potential forfeiture of the Deposit.
Financing is subject to third-party approval, applicable credit requirements, and separate contractual terms.
Scheduling and Availability

Exclusions
The promotional pricing does NOT include:
Pre-operative medical examinations (labs, EKGs, cardiology evaluations, etc.).
Recovery center stays, hospitalization, lodging, or transportation.
Medications not expressly listed in Section 4.
Complementary or post-surgical treatments (e.g., lymphatic drainage, wound-healing therapies).
Costs resulting from unforeseen medical complications.
Health or surgical insurance coverage.
Any product or service not expressly included herein.
All additional costs are the sole financial responsibility of the Patient.
Disclaimer of Results
Refunds, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
All matters relating to refunds, cancellations, or rescheduling shall be exclusively governed by the provisions of the signed “Invoice of Surgical Fees and Contract.”
Non-Transferability
This promotion is personal and non-transferable. It cannot be sold, assigned, transferred, or used by any person other than the Patient originally deemed eligible.
Non-Combinability
Modification or Cancellation of Promotion
The Clinic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice. However, Patients who have signed and paid within the Promotion Period shall retain their rights under these Terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively before the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. Patient hereby submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Acceptance of Terms
Payment of the Deposit and/or execution of the financing contract during the Promotion Period constitutes Patient’s full, unconditional, and irrevocable acceptance of these Terms.
